Only buyers can review
When an order is completed, each product in it gets a single-use review link, sent by email and shown in the buyer's account. There is no other way to post a review.
Published as written
Reviews go live immediately, without prior approval, in their original language. We don't edit the text or the rating.
What we can remove
Our staff can delete a review entirely, but cannot change its text or rating. "Verified purchase" is shown while a review is still linked to its order.
Thank-you code: reviewers of orders from €5.00 receive a single-use 10% discount code, whatever rating they give – one per order.
